Vision

To be proud to be Portuguese, is to embrace the pioneer spirit of the true essence of a country with a long and varied history, and its renaissance energy in a time of global shift. The Portuguese have a sacred warrior code in their DNA, which is needed now. The vision is to galvanise that pride into inspired power to individuals, communities and groups - who seek fair shares for all in new systems of decentralised value creation.

To be adaptive we have to have clarity of thought, capabilities in both critical analysis and creative imagination, faith and a warm heart. Trusted connections vital. Old ways of doing things will only pass this test of time, if they have moral and ethical value which enhances the lives of the many, rather than the desires of the few.

Fellowship

Connection is the cohesion which makes the spiders web strong like tungsten.

Context

Huge upheaval is afoot. We must create value based networks of small business entrepreneurs- to bridge build into the future. The next five years will be unrecognisable times. Get fit physically, emotionally and spiritually. Being proud to be Portuguese is a template for doing this with like minded others. We are a flotilla of small ships. Each protecting the other on the high seas - as the winds howl. The Portuguese are epic sailors, and we have the rose of the winds as our inner compass at this far west Atlantic location. Let the soil, soul and societal culture of wine, food, patrimony and the joy of community celebration guide us sustainably - to ensure legacy for those who will walk our precious earth after we have departed.

Community Cohesion

For a proud to be Portuguese community to be cohesive it needs the following:

• Intergenerational members.
• A close proximity and relationship to nature, land and soil.
• An understanding of the sacred and spiritual.
• Regular rituals for all community members.
• Daily gratitude practices.
• Shared creative projects which support the community.
• An ethos of trust.
• An appreciation of the unique value of each community member to the group.
• A governance structure to facilitate conflict resolution and sustain a healthy ecosystem.

Creatorship

Definition: An apprenticeship in creation.

Learning together to co-create for the benefit of the whole community.

A circular and flat decision process involving each members authentic gifts.

The CREATORSHIP model requires:
