Nova Luanda is a typical family run Portuguese restaurant in Porto. Located on Avenida de Rodrigues de Freitas in Bonfim, it has a daily menu of fish, meat and vegetarian with soup as an entree. It’s cosy and comfortable with the kind of friendly atmosphere which warms your heart. Locals and tourists mingle together and the banter is always lovely. I give it a five star for being a perfect example of what it means to be proud to be Portuguese.

It serves its community and people connect around the tables. The connection leads to co-creation and people help one another in their daily lives. Do pay a visit and leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction - from a full belly and a full heart.
