I’m at the Douro river in Porto looking at the Ponte Luis bridge. It’s a view which makes my heart sing. Where I feel proud to be Portuguese. Loving a landscape and especially a river, reminds me of the importance of water as the life blood of Mother Earth. She is our first home. When we love the earth, we love the whole of humanity. We exist in our Ubuntu soul and spirit.

Today my state of bliss looking at the Douro, is the AGAPE love the mystics speak of. That greater feeling of union and unity with all beings.

At this full moon, I’m making a road trip up the Douro valley with not only a kindred spirit, but a soul mate. A fellow Portuguese soul who loves this honourable country. Wish us ‘bon voyage.’
